The “terms of use” will be used for all our services related to “mental health, wellness, and educational conferences” under MindGlass Well-Being Pvt. Ltd. The term “MindGlass” will be used throughout the website to represent MindGlass Well-Being Pvt. Ltd.

These terms of use for using the services of “MindGlass Well-Being Pvt. Ltd.” are as follows:

  1. All of the services, programmes, and events that our organisation offers follow all federal, state, and local laws. In case of any conflict, the jurisdiction area will be Karkardooma Court, East Delhi, Delhi, India.
  2. The MindGlass organisation reserves the right to refuse any services, programmes, or activities to any person or organisation at any time.
  3. All services, programmes, and activities provided by MindGlass are intended solely for the benefit of the person or organisation receiving them.
  4. The MindGlass is not responsible for any damages or losses that come from using the services, programmes, or activities offered. MindGlass doesn’t offer consultation to minors (under 18) without the written consent of their parents, guardians, or institutions.
  5. MindGlass reserves the right to modify or cancel any services, programmes, or activities at any time.
  6. All services, programmes, and activities provided by MindGlass are confidential and will be used solely for the benefit of the person or organisation receiving them.
  7. MindGlass reserves the right to collect and store personal data for the purpose of providing services, programmes, or activities.
  8. Any and all content provided by the mental health organisation, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of the organisation and must not be used without permission.
  9. MindGlass reserves the right to terminate any services, programmes, or activities at any time.
  10. By using any services, programmes, or activities offered by MindGlass, you agree to the terms of use and agree to be bound by the rules and regulations of the mental health organisation.
