Refund & Return Policies

Counselling Sessions & Courses

All counseling sessions can be rescheduled only if the next date/slot is available. If you wish to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours will receive 50% refund only.

Courses can be discontinued mid-way, but one-day event subscriptions cannot be refunded on or after the event day.

Conferences, Workshops & Seminars

Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before the event date for both conferences and workshops.

No refunds will be granted on the event day, whether for early or on-the-spot registrations.
