Cancellation and Refund/Return for counselling session
All counselling sessions can be rescheduled only if the next date/ slot is available within 12 hours, after this, this service is not available. To reschedule a session, please send us a text or call only (don’t use email for rescheduling) or go to booking calendar cancel your earlier booking and book for the next day. In case if you want to cancel a session then cancel it 12 hours in advance for full refund, else you will receive only half of counselling fees back.
Cancellation and Refund/Return for the conference and workshops
To get a refund against fees paid for conference and workshop, you will have to ask it at least 24 hours before the conference and workshop. The money will not be refunded on the day of event for both early registration and on the spot registration.
