2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.

3. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:

  • Request is made within the specified refund period
  • Service has not been substantially utilized
  • Reason for refund request is valid and provided in detail

4. Processing Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription to MindGlass services at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team via email or phone with your account details and request for cancellation.

3. Refunds on Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged again. However, no refund will be provided for the current billing cycle unless specified under our refund policy.

4. Data After Cancellation

After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted from our servers.
